The Employee Solutions Story
Employee Solutions began operations in January of 1997 as a single location in Farmers Branch, Texas. This office started with no clients or applicants, but with the hard work and dedication of our people, and the loyalty of our clients, Employee Solutions quickly grew into one of the largest staffing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as one of the fastest growing in the nation. (In 2006 Employee Solutions was named the 13th Fastest Growing Staffing Company In the United States and was again named to the list at 17th 2007, according to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Annual List of America’s fastest Growing Private Staffing Companies)
Employee Solutions has developed its service as one that can staff any position that is presented to us. We are seeking to add clients that are truly interested in a partnership and utilizing Employee Solutions as a part of their Human Resource Department. This in turn will allow our clients to maintain a better focus on their primary responsibility of running their business.
Leadership
Employee Solutions is an owner-operated company, with additional leadership on the Senior Management team that has an average tenure of over seven years. These individuals maintain a “hands-on” management and training approach to the day-to-day operations in order to help ensure the success of each individual client partnership.
Additionally, we have established a training program unlike any in our industry that helps our employees become leaders themselves. This program promotes continuing education in the staffing industry as well as the Human Resources field which gives our clients the comfort of knowing that we are operating in their best interests, as well as the best interests of our employees and our company. All employees are required to be Employment Law Certified, as well as become Certified Staffing Professionals. After completion of those two programs, we encourage all employees to begin work on a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Once trained, our employees are empowered to act and make decisions quickly in order to expedite the handling of client needs.

One of the biggest reasons for our success is due to our unique approach of how we serve our clients. We understand that our clients’ needs vary from company to company, and for that reason, we customize our service to best suit your operation. Recruiting, placement and administrative management are all tailored in a way that best fits the hiring needs of your company. This specialized approach allows our operation to become more of a partner to your company, rather than just a staffing vendor.
Additionally, our customized service promotes an understanding that our company is working with yours toward a common goal, because we do realize that in order for Employee Solutions to be successful, our clients must succeed as well. Our service adds value to your company’s processes.
Recruiting
Our clients rely on us daily to recruit the best candidates possible for their open positions. In order for us to accomplish this, we place individual advertisements with local media outlets that are specific to each clients’ needs. So, our clients get the benefit of having individual advertisements placed on their behalf without actually having to spend their own advertising dollars, all the while realizing 100% of the benefit.
Additionally, our Staffing Coordinators are hired and trained to recruit the best possible candidates for our clients. Our Coordinators examine all details of the open positions they are working on and are constantly looking for the right match while recruiting from our offices or at local job fairs.
Pre-Screening & Placement
Once we have attracted what we feel are great candidates for our clients, we administer a set of “instant-result” pre-screening tests that allow us determine whether the individuals meet the selected criteria. Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check, A Check for Eligibility to Work In the United States, a Physical Qualifications Assessment, and a 5-Panel Drug Screen (If Requested) in order to be placed on an assignment. Each of these tests yield results in less than 5 minutes and give us an advantage in placing qualified candidates quicker than our competitors.
After an applicant has successfully completed the required paperwork and pre-screening tests, our Staffing Coordinators make an assessment as to which open position would best suit the individual and the client. Several factors are taken into consideration, including required skills, work environment, proximity to where the candidate lives, candidate work history, employee drive, as well as others depending on the client and candidate.
Administrative Management
After placing our candidates with a client, we work hard to ensure that we are supporting these individuals and our clients from an administrative standpoint in order to make working with Employee Solutions easy. Payroll is run locally and checks (or Direct Deposit Remittance Slips) are delivered at the end of the week. Additionally, we make every attempt possible to visit with the employee during their tenure, in order keep open lines of communication, which helps reduce turnover.

Our benefits include one week of vacation pay and seven paid holidays once the employees have reached the required hours worked. Additionally, we offer an American Staffing Association endorsed Medical Benefit Plan that the employees are eligible for from day one and a company matched Fidelity 401k after 6-months of service. As an added incentive for our employees to help us attract top-talent, we pay referral bonuses once they have referred someone that has worked the required amount of hours.
