Employee Solutions Opens Arlington Office

Employee Solutions Opens Arlington Office

Employee Solutions, the fast-growing provider of industrial custom staffing services, has opened its eighth office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the third in Tarrant County.

The newest office is located at 4102 South Cooper Street in Arlington. The office, led by Area Operations Manager Julian Cipriano, is staffed to enable Employee Solutions to rapidly ramp up local hiring, particularly for clients in manufacturing and distribution.

It was the increased hiring needs of existing manufacturing clients in the area, combined with additional opportunities in Arlington and Tarrant County, which prompted Employee Solutions to open the Arlington office, according to David Bristol, CEO of the company. Employee Solutions has other Tarrant County offices in North Richland Hills and Grand Prairie.

“As our existing staffing clients expand in the thriving Texas economy, we grow along with them, locating support personnel nearby to help manage their contingent workforce,” Bristol said. “Of course, these office locations also aid us in new client growth as well, making us more visible and convenient to potential clients.”

Earlier this year, Employee Solutions launched operations in Arkansas, adding to its existing locations in Texas and Oklahoma. The company now has a total of 17 locations, in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio in Texas; Tulsa, Muskogee, and Broken Arrow in Oklahoma; and Jonesboro, Arkansas.

The newest office highlights Employee Solutions’ consistent strong growth.  The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies list for three years in a row. In 2014, the company was listed at number 3,174, with 110 percent growth over the past three years.

Employee Solutions is an expert at managing large contingent workforces, particularly through its innovative on-site management programs.  Its knowledgeable professionals can help companies devise staffing plans tailored precisely to their needs.

Employee Solutions Launches Arkansas Operations
Expands into New Region Along with Key Manufacturing Client

Employee Solutions, a leading provider of industrial custom staffing services, has expanded again, this time in Arkansas, with a new business location in Jonesboro.

This is the first time that Employee solutions has launched operations in Arkansas, as it grows along with a key client, an international maker of industrial tools. Employee Solutions has handled the contingent workforce needs for that client for three years, and is now taking charge of the staffing functions for its Jonesboro manufacturing plant.

The initial operations are on-site, based at the plant, but Employee Solutions does plan to open an office in Jonesboro this year.

“We have expanded through new offices and acquisitions over the past year, but this latest expansion is more organic, and really our preferred way of growth,” explained David Bristol, CEO of Employee Solutions. “The idea is to do such a good job for a client that they want to use your services in new locations as they grow.”

Employee Solutions has hired an on-site manager for the Jonesboro operations, and plans to begin the process of hiring about 25 additional employees for the manufacturing company client.

In 2014, Employee Solutions opened new offices in San Antonio and McKinney, Texas, and added two new offices in Oklahoma – in Tulsa and in Muskogee – through acquisitions.

Employee Solutions’ continued growth is reflected in the fact that it has been named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies list for three years in a row. In the 2014 list, the company was at number 3174, with 110 percent growth over the past three years.

Employee Solutions is expert at managing large contingent workforces, particularly through its innovative on-site management programs.  Its knowledgeable professionals can help companies devise staffing plans tailored precisely to their needs. Employee Solutions has offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and northeastern Oklahoma.

The Beginner’s Guide To Hr Southwest: What To See And Do

The HR Southwest Conference is October 5-8, 2014, at the Fort Worth Convention Center, and it promises to be one of the best years ever for the country’s largest regional human resources conference. Promoted to be even better than last year with improved learning labs, a Masters Series, wellness activities, and “Pair-n-Share” events.

New This Year

This year’s HR Southwest Conference allows attendees to earn up to 16.5 hours of Business HRCI recertification credit and up to an additional 13.5 hours of Business HRCI recertification creditby participating in pre-conference workshops. Further this year there are invitation-only Masters Series sessions led by senior HR executives who will offer their tips and best practices. One of the more exciting new additions to the human resources conference is the Pair-n-Share program, which is a voluntary “buddy system.” Conference veterans will partner-up with new attendees to help them get the most out of their time at the event.

Pre- and Post-Conference

The HR Southwest Conference officially kicks off with a Welcome Networking Reception on Sunday, October 5th at 5:30 PM. However, organizers are offering several pre-conference workshops designed to add even more value to attendees’ experience. Attendees may register starting Saturday, October 4th and can plan to attend one or more of five pre-conference workshops scheduled for Sunday. Courses include:

  • PHR/SPHR Crash Course – Sunday, October 5th, 8 a.m. – 5:15p.m. – designed to prepare individuals for the PHR and SPHR examinations.

During HR Southwest, both keynote speakers are must-sees. Lisa Ling, news correspondent and former host of The View, will present one of the keynote addresses, while entrepreneur and noted graffiti artist Erik Wahl will present the other. Many other workshops are available to conference attendees and topics include:

  • Compensation and Motivation
  • Cultivating Strategic Relationships
  • Why Wellness Works for Your Business: Invest in Your Future
  • Avoiding Wage Hour Claims and Collective Actions
  • The Myth of Employment-at-Will
  • Managing Emotions – Yours and Theirs – under Pressure!

Where to Stay and What to Do

The Omni Fort Worth Hotel is designated the official hotel for the HR Southwest Conference, but rooms will sell out quickly. Hotel reservations can be made through the HR Southwest website (www.hrsouthwest.com). Although the conference is packed with events and networking opportunities, there are also many things to do in the Dallas/Fort Worth area once the workshops have ended. Stockyards Station is located in the heart of Fort Worth and offers a blend of old and new Texas, with historic walking tours along the Texas Trail of Fame as ample world-class shopping opportunities. Sundance Square is one of the country’s liveliest urban settings offering restaurants, live music clubs, theaters, and more.

One of the best aspects of HR Southwest is the opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry. Employee Solutions will be present at booth #1219, and will have plenty of Employee Solutions swag to give away. In addition, anyone who stops by booth  #1219 and drops their card in the fish bowl is automatically entered into a drawing to win an iPad Air.

Employee Solutions acquired the Muskogee office, at 3101 Chandler Road, from Oklahoma City-based OnTrack Staffing effective January 1.
