Recruiting
Our clients rely on us daily to recruit the best candidates possible for their open positions. In order for us to accomplish this, we place individual advertisements with local media outlets that are specific to each clients’ needs. So, our clients get the benefit of having individual advertisements placed on their behalf without actually having to spend their own advertising dollars, all the while realizing 100% of the benefit.
Additionally, our Staffing Coordinators are hired and trained to recruit the best possible candidates for our clients. Our Coordinators examine all details of the open positions they are working on and are constantly looking for the right match while recruiting from our offices or at local job fairs.
Pre-Screening & Placement
Once we have attracted what we feel are great candidates for our clients, we administer a set of “instant-result” pre-screening tests that allow us determine whether the individuals meet the selected criteria. Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check, A Check for Eligibility to Work In the United States, a Physical Qualifications Assessment, and a 5-Panel Drug Screen (If Requested) in order to be placed on an assignment. Each of these tests yield results in less than 5 minutes and give us an advantage in placing qualified candidates quicker than our competitors.
After an applicant has successfully completed the required paperwork and pre-screening tests, our Staffing Coordinators make an assessment as to which open position would best suit the individual and the client. Several factors are taken into consideration, including required skills, work environment, proximity to where the candidate lives, candidate work history, employee drive, as well as others depending on the client and candidate.
Administrative Management
After placing our candidates with a client, we work hard to ensure that we are supporting these individuals and our clients from an administrative standpoint in order to make working with Employee Solutions easy. Payroll is run locally and checks (or Direct Deposit Remittance Slips) are delivered at the end of the week. Additionally, we make every attempt possible to visit with the employee during their tenure, in order keep open lines of communication, which helps reduce turnover.

As an added incentive for our employees to help us attract top-talent, we pay referral bonuses once they have referred someone that has worked the required amount of hours.

On-Site Management
On-Site management has been our core competency since our inception. We have developed our highly customized On-Site Staffing System (ESONE) into a program that for customers who qualify, stand to benefit through operational efficiencies and hard cost-savings. Below is an overview of the program, as well as Key Differentiators, Competencies, and Accomplishments associated with the program.
On-Site Program Overview
- The Employee Solutions On-Site Staffing System operates autonomously, similar to having a staffing branch office set up at your facility, with your company being our only client.
- As a result of this setup, no two of our on-site programs are alike. We customize each partnership to fit the needs of our clients.
- All recruiting / advertising dollars spent by Employee Solutions are geared directly toward each individual on-site. So, our clients don’t have to share applicant flow with other clients and face the possibility of a “watered down” applicant pool, which is what normally happens with branch supported on-sites.
- Employee Solutions’ on-site team is at your facility full-time, working only on staffing your open positions and no others. Having this dedicated team focused solely on one client makes us a true extension of your Human Resources Department, without the cost.
- Our dedicated team is hired and trained on the standard operating procedures of our clients and Employee Solutions, in order to streamline our method of operation.
- With our team present on a full-time basis, we are able to perform any counseling, disciplinary action or terminations necessary with our employees. Having this presence further draws the line of co-employment between Employee Solutions and our clients.
- All administrative work is completed on-site. This includes all payroll processing (we provide a timekeeping system for our employees), invoicing and reporting, as well as all other functions required of the employer of record.
- Our team is required to walk the floor as many times per day as possible. On these walkthroughs, our team interacts with our employees (without disrupting production) and supervisors. We have found that this interaction has helped reduce turnover with our employees and has also given the supervisors we work with a confident feeling that we are working with them to ensure that all positions are filled with qualified employees.
