At Employee Solutions, we understand that it’s all about community. That’s why as an organization we strive to give back in order to help those in need. For the past four years, our “family” has identified an organization whose sole purpose is to respond to those who need help the most… children. For many years, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County has strived to offer protective and supportive services to victims of child abuse and neglect

In 2012, we aligned with and began supporting Grace Bridge, a regional food bank, with critical outreach programs intended to provide vital resources along with hope and encouragement to families of both Collin and Denton Counties. We continue to work with Grace Bridge, and in the winter of 2018 we organized a company wide fundraiser, Casual for a Cause, to raise donations.

During the winter holidays, Employee Solutions hosts an annual company wide toy drive to support The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program. Through the program, The Salvation Army puts new clothes and toys under the tree for 1 million children who usually have to go without Christmas gifts.

In 2016, we partnered with a strategic client to support Adi Roche’s Chernobyl Children International; an United Nations-accredited medical and humanitarian organization to aid affected Belarusian children, families, and communities that continue to be affected by the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster. Key services include cardiac surgery, nursing training, foster homes, and hospice services.

Employee Solutions has participated as a major sponsor for Pit Stop BBQ, an entertainment feature of Rodeo Austin which directly supports their Texas Youth Scholarship programs. Impacting the lives of hundreds of Texas youth since 1983, Rodeo Austin has awarded $6 million in college scholarships.
