Employee Solutions, one of the top providers of industrial custom staffing services in North Texas, has broken ground on a new headquarters building.
The new 15,000-square-foot home of Employee Solutions will be located at 3585 National Drive, along State Route 121 just east of Coit Road. The company and its 50 headquarters staff are planning to move into the new building in June.
Employee Solutions will own the one-story building and its 2.78-acre site. The company has leased office space elsewhere in Plano since 2007, and sees the new location as a way to create a better work space, consolidate all functions more efficiently, and increase its capacity for training activities.
“Our rapid growth over the past several years has strained our ability to house all of our headquarters people in the collaborative environment we want,” explained David Bristol, CEO of Employee Solutions. “This new center of operations will provide the workspace that we need to accommodate everyone comfortably and allow for even more growth in the coming years.”
Employee Solutions has for several years running been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the country, and was recently ranked as the fastest-growing staffing company in North Texas in the 2015 edition of the annual Staffing Industry Analysts assessment.
Bristol said that in addition to helping the company better accommodate its information technology department, the new building will include ample space for human resources training and continuing education for employees.
Strategic Construction of Dallas is the prime contractor for the new building, which was designed by the architectural firm of Good, Fulton & Farrell of Dallas.
