Opening its doors for business in January 1997 in Farmers Branch, Texas, Employee Solutions started with no clients or applicants. Through the hard work and dedication of our committed staff and the loyalty of its early client-base, the company quickly grew, resulting in one of North Texas’ largest staffing companies. The company has received national recognition as one the fastest-growing private companies. Since 2004, Employee Solutions has received recognition from Dallas Business Journal‘s “Book of Lists” in the Staffing Companies category. In 2015, Staffing Industry Analysts ranked Employee Solutions 49th in its Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms list.
In 2012, 2013, 2014, and again in 2015, Inc. 5000 identified the company for its meteoric rise among all businesses nationally. Additionally, the company was recognized by the prestigious Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in 2012 and 2013.

Employee Solutions is an owner-operated company with additional leadership on the senior management team that has an average tenure of over seven years. These individuals maintain a “hands-on” management and training approach to the day-to-day operations in order to help ensure the success of each individual client partnership.
Additionally, Employee Solutions has established a training program unlike any other in the industry that helps its employees become leaders themselves. This program promotes continuing education in the $461 billion staffing industry with a direct impact on the human resources field. As a result, it provides our clients the confidence of knowing that we operate with their best interests as well as the best interests of our associates. Further, all Employee Solutions’ staff become certified in employment law when they achieve their Certified Staffing Professional designation within the first six months of their hire.
